Your tasks:
- Operation and further development of security management systems and associated processes in the areas of vulnerability, attack surface and SIEM
- Assessment of threats and vulnerabilities and development of mitigation measures
- Creation of technical guidelines and security concepts for implementation in systems and applications, preferably based on Critical Security Controls (CIS Controls)
- Conducting security analyses and penetration tests
- Supporting our technical teams in the implementation of security requirements
- Ensuring technical governance (including for the areas of endpoint, malware protection and vulnerability management)
Your profile:
- Degree in computer science or comparable training
- Several years of work experience in the field of information security
- In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of vulnerability management, SIEM (ideally Wazuh), IDS, attack surface, single sign-on, identity and access management, cryptography, endpoint and directory security
- Experience in penetration testing and forensics
- Knowledge of common scripting languages and automation techniques
- Knowledge of virtualization and containerization (Kubernetes)
- Very good English and fluent German

Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the stable operation, administration and ongoing development of our big data and BI platform.
- You will design and maintain data models and ETL/ELT processes that reliably feed our BI applications and reporting structures.
- You will develop scalable backends for dashboards and data products for internal and external clients.
- You will integrate AI components into the platform and ensure their stable operation in the production environment.
As part of the agile team
- You will administer our BI tool landscape and work directly with analysts to connect new data sources and implement data quality rules.
- You will carry out proof-of-concept analyses for new technologies.

Your profile:
Required
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Solid programming skills in Go and Python.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Extensive experience in the database environment (SQL and/or NoSQL), in the operation of data pipelines and in data modelling (ETL/ELT, dimensional models).
- Confident use of Git in a team context.
- Solid knowledge of Linux.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with BI tools and their technical integration into a data platform.
- Basic understanding of AI methods (classical ML and LLMs).
- Confident manner and enjoyment of interdisciplinary and international collaboration.
- Very good command of German and English.

- Knowledge of ClickHouse and Grafana.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality processes.

- You develop and maintain BI dashboards and standardised reports for internal stakeholders.
- You maintain and further develop a consistent KPI framework: you define key performance indicators, document their calculation and ensure a common understanding across the company.
- You carry out data analyses (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive) and present the results – in reports, presentations and dashboards.
