DENIC Publishes Domain Statistics 2002 - Domain Holders Come from 118 Countries

After the deployment of the new nameservers - amongst other places in Tokio and two locations in the US - the response times for nameserver requests for .de domains have decreased dramatically.

Reference is made to a judgement by the Frankfurt regional court, but this is far from being a recent judgment and actually dates back to May 2000. What is more, this judgement has become devoid of substance.

After entry into the Genossenschaftsregister the changed statute of DENIC eG is now effective. Thereby the new terms of admission are also rendered operational.
