Coronavirus lockdown in Germany: DENIC support service remains available

Authorised Recipient for the Service of Documents

In the event that you have an absolute right (for example, a right to a name or trademark) which, in your opinion, is violated by a domain the holder of which is domiciled outside Germany, DENIC makes available a form for downloading which can be used to initiate the appointment of an authorised recipient for the service of documents domiciled in Germany, so that formal service can be arranged for the domain holder domiciled abroad.

In addition, if you have an absolute right which, in your opinion, is violated by a domain, and provided all relevant conditions are met, you have the possibility to apply to DENIC for setting a DISPUTE entry.
