Peter Koch studierte Informatik und war als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter tätig, bevor er 2005 zur DENIC eG kam. Als Senior Researcher liegt sein Fokus auf der Protokollentwicklung, insbesondere DNS, ENUM und IPv6, sowie der Datenanalyse und der Sicherheit der Internet-Infrastruktur. Seit vielen Jahren wirkt er in internationalen Gremien – u.a. bei der Standardisierung von DNSSEC – mit, ist Co-Chair der DNS-Arbeitsgruppe bei RIPE, Co-Chair der DNS-Operations-Arbeitsgruppe der IETF sowie Vorstandsmitglied des OARC und der Internet Society, German Chapter e.V. (ISOC.DE).

Peter Koch studied computer sciences and worked as research assistant before he joined DENIC in 2005. As the Senior Researcher of DENIC the focus of his work lies on protocol development, in particular DNS, ENUM and IPv6, as well as on data analysis and security of the Internet infrastructure. Since many years he has been involved in international bodies – e.g. with regard to the standardization of DNSSEC – is co-chair of the DNS Working Group of RIPE, co-chair of the DNS Operations Working Group of IETF and member of the board of OARC and the Internet Society, German Chapter e.V. (ISOC.DE).

Hans Peter Dittler, seit 1997 Geschäftsführer und Eigentümer der BRAINTEC Netzwerk-Consulting GmbH, ist Experte für herstellerunabhängige Beratung in den Bereichen Vernetzung und Kommunikation. Durch seine Mitgliedschaft in zahlreichen Gremien (Beirat bei .berlin und der PIR./ORG-Registry, Vorstandsmitglied bei Internet Society German Chapter e.V. (ISOC)) und die langjährige Mitarbeit im IEEE 802.3 Ethernet-Normierungsausschuss sowie bei der IETF Internet-Standardisierung (IPv6 und DNS) war er maßgeblich an der Entwicklung aktueller IT-Standards beteiligt.

Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder ist Quality & Security Manager bei .SE, der Registry für ccTLD-Domains in Schweden. Zwei Jahre in Folge als eine der führenden IT-Sicherheitsexperten ihres Heimatlandes ausgezeichnet, hat die promovierte Informatikerin die Federführung bei allen Projekten inne, die auf eine erhöhte Sicherheit der Infrastruktur des schwedischen Internets abzielen. Seit 5 Jahren betreut die Kjell Hultqvist-Stipendiatin 2009 den Produktiv­betrieb von DNSSEC unter .se.

Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder is Quality & Security Manager at .SE, the registry for ccTLD domains in Sweden. The computer scientist with a doctoral degree, who was awarded the title of one of the leading IT experts of her country two years in succession, is in charge of all projects aiming at improving the security of the Swedish Internet infrastructure. Since 2005, the holder of the Kjell Hultqvist scholarship 2009 is responsible for the productive operation of DNSSEC under .se.

Samuel Benz studierte Elektrotechnik an der Fachhochschule Zürich. Seit 2000 ist er bei der Schweizer Domainregistrierungsstelle SWITCH im Bereich Internet Domains als Software Engineer tätig. Zurzeit koordiniert er die Einführung von DNSSEC unter .ch.

Hans Peter Dittler, managing director and owner of BRAINTEC Netzwerk-Consulting GmbH since 1997, is an expert for vendor-independent consulting in the fields of networking and communication. Being a member of numerous bodies (advisory council of .berlin and of the PIR./ORG registry, member of the board of the Internet Society German Chapter e.V. (ISOC)) and being involved for years in the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet Standardization Committee and the IETF Internet Standardization (IPv6 and DNS), he rendered decisive contributions to the development of current IT standards.

Samuel Benz studied electrical engineering at Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Since 2000, he has been employed as software engineer by the Swiss domain registry SWITCH in the Internet domains division. At present, he is responsible for coordinating the introduction of DNSSEC under .ch.

Holger Zuleger has dealt with the DNS protocol already since 14 years. Since 2003 he also works with the secure DNSSEC version. Holger Zuleger has applied Unix systems for many years and is absolutely familiar with the world of Internet protocols. He wants secure Internet protocols to be spread and widely used. After many years in the training section and as network administrator he has worked in the data network development department of an Internet service provider and as a freelance network and security expert for ten years now.

Wolfgang Nagele ist seit 2008 Servicemanager bei RIPE NCC, der für die Vergabe von IP-Adressbereichen in Europa zuständigen Regional Internet Registry. In dieser Funktion verantwortet er den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von k.root-servers.net, einem von 13 Internet Root Name Server Services von RIPE weltweit. Neben der Beschäftigung mit Rootservern, DNS, DNSSEC, ENUM und IPv6 ist er auch in internationalen Arbeitsgruppen von IETF und OARC im DNS-Umfeld aktiv.

Wolfgang Nagele has been service manager at RIPE NCC since 2008. RIPE NCC is the Regional Internet Registry responsible for assigning IP addresses in Europe. In his function, Wolfgang Nagele is responsible for the stable operation and the further development of k.root-servers.net, one of 13 Internet root name server services of RIPE scattered around the world. Besides dealing with root servers, DNS, DNSSEC, ENUM and IPv6, he is also involved in international working groups of IETF and OARC that deal with the DNS topic.

Holger Zuleger beschäftigt sich bereits seit 14 Jahren mit dem DNS-Protokoll und seit 2003 auch mit der sicheren Variante DNSSEC. Er arbeitet seit vielen Jahren mit Unix-Systemen und ist in der Internet-Protokollwelt zu Hause. Sein Anliegen ist die Verbreitung und Anwendung von sicheren Internetprotokollen. Nach mehrjähriger Tätigkeit im Schulungsbereich und als Netzwerkadministrator ist er nun seit 10 Jahren in der Datennetzentwicklung eines Internet Service Providers tätig und arbeitet freiberuflich als Netzwerk- und Security-Spezialist.
