Staff Member Human Resources (f/m/d) With a Focus on Recruitment

We are looking for you to support our Human Resources team. Our range of tasks comprises all facets of human resources work for our more than 100 employees. The new position will have a strong focus on our IT vacancies and you will also be involved in the support and development of the DENIC staff. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, not a paper administrator. 

Requirements:

  • Participating in the recruitment process – from advertising to hiring
  • Helping to design and implement recruiting strategies tailored to specific target groups
  • Approaching suitable applicants actively, e.g. via social media channels and business networks, and contacting recruitment agencies
  • Development and coordination of marketing activities at universities and job fairs
  •  Support in the day-to-day business of the HR department and active participation in projects

Qualifications:

  •  Several years of relevant professional experience in filling positions in a technical and commercial environment, preferably in the IT sector
  • Strong IT and social media affinity and very good MS Office skills
  • Initial experience in the HR sector, knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law
  • Business fluent in German and very good command of English
  • Team player with a high level of commitment, a pronounced sense of responsibility, a strong desire for innovation, and a person of discretion
  • Accurate, well-structured and independent approach to work
  • Willingness to continuously engage in new topics of human resources work
