Staff Member Human Resources (f/m/d)
We are looking for you to join our Human Resources team. We engage in all facets of human resources work for our more than 115 employees. We would like to complement the team with someone who enjoys working with people, we are not looking for a paper administrator.
You will support us in
- Looking after our employees
- Preparing human resources documents (job references, certificates etc.)
- Maintaining the time-recording system
- Recruiting, human resources marketing and development
- Preparatory work for payroll accounting
- HR projects

What we expect from you:
- Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on HR, or higher education
- Practical experience with HR work, including recruiting
- Knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law
- Business fluent in German and very good command of English
- Team player with a high level of commitment, a pronounced sense of responsibility, a strong desire for innovation and a person of discretion and loyalty
- Independent, meticulous and well-structured approach to work
- Willingness to continuously engage in new topics of human resources work
