Because we are the central German registry and manage all the domain names with the ending .de. Assuming a leading role on the German market, DENIC eG and its 100 employees are responsible for the technical robustness of this vital resource of the German Internet. Running a worldwide name server network, we make more than 17 million .de domains globally available around the clock from any place in the world. Organised in the legal form of a cooperative, we and our members and other national and international partners are committed to jointly safeguard the secure operation of the Internet and its constant further development. Start working with us as soon as possible right in the heart of Frankfurt with extensive home office options. We are looking to fill one part-time position (20h) to strengthen our member service.
(Online) Trainer (f/m/d)
Requirements:
- Establishment and further development of digital training units for the DENIC members
- Conducting national and international member training courses
- Planning, preparation and follow-up of digital trainings as well as further development of training concepts and existing learning formats
- Creation and revision of digital training material in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Preparation and follow-up of events, evaluation and participant administration
- General support of our member service
Qualifications:
- Experience as a trainer and, in particular, proficiency in preparing interactive online material and conducting live online training in the IT sector
- Experience with the didactic conception, implementation and planning of e-learning offers
- Well versed in the common IT tools, a good command of script languages is an additional plus
- Knowledge of author and learning management as well as of content management systems
- Confident in presenting / conducting training courses in German and English
- Customer-focused, entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Responsible and foresighted way of working
- Basic technical knowledge, open to familiarise with new areas and topics, very good ability to impart a wide range of knowledge to specific target groups
- You like to interact with people and to work at cross-team tasks
