Coronavirus lockdown in Germany: DENIC support service remains available

The DENIC support staff currently works mainly on a mobile basis, but stays available to you as usual also during the coronavirus lockdown in Germany. We kindly ask you to send us your service requests preferably by e-mail instead of using fax or post. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Ascension Day - Office Hours

Due to the public holiday Ascension Day, 13 May 2021, the DENIC head office in Frankfurt is closed. Of course, the 24/7 service will be on duty and can be reached in case of an emergency.

On Friday, 14 May 2021, we are available again during regular business hoursurs.

Staff Member of Business Services Team (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

  • In our member support team you score with your commitment to excellent customer service, your well-founded technical know-how and your delight in interacting with people.
  • You serve and advise our customers – DENIC members (registrars) and business customers – in technical and administrative matters.
  • You maintain contact with our customers via phone, e-mail, ticket system and chat
  • You process questions and proposals of our customers with the highest level of service quality
  • You actively communicate proposals to the responsible DevOps teams
  • You reflect on the business processes and submit proposals for improvement
  • You support the team (and other departments) in organising and holding internal events

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • First experience in the field of customer communication Customer-focused, entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Responsible and foresighted way of working Independent, target-oriented approach to work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, high stress tolerance, assertive manner and a good team player
  • First experience with agile working methods would be nice
  • You like to interact with people and to work at cross-team tasks
  • You are proficient with the usual IT instruments, a good command of script languages is an additional plus
  • High eloquence in German and English
