The company agreement is required to verify the actual conduct of domain administration and to make sure the applicant is not connected to another member, after all. These are basic requirements for membership and therefore must be clearly and verifiably substantiated.

As soon as we have received all documents and payments we will start processing your application. We check if the documents are complete, if you, as applicant, have connections to an already existing member, and that you are active in the Internet business resp. administer domains.

After this your application is submitted to the Executive Board.Should the decision of the DENIC Executive Board be positive, you will receive a notice from our office, in which we also give you the password with which you can access the internal member websites. At the same time we will ask you to transfer the capital share(s) of 1.500 Euros each to us.

Should the Executive Board reject your application, you have the possibility to appeal to the Supervisory Board. Should this Board, too, stand by the rejection, you will be refunded the admission fee of 1.000 Euros. The processing fee serves to cover our costs and cannot be refunded.
