Name Server Service of DENIC
DENIC's name servers are located at different places all around the globe. Having the servers spread like this ensures that the information is available at any time and with short response times everywhere. Together, the .de name servers respond to more than seven billion queries every day, i.e. each location handles an average of some 6 000 queries per second.
